At Cagnard, we cook the way we live: simply, joyfully, with the sun beating down and memories slowly turning golden. Here, you’ll find the scents of childhood, comforting plates, laughter drifting out like sea spray, and long summer evenings that never seem to end.

We celebrate the food of the South — deeply, sincerely. A cuisine that is lively, light and instinctive, guided more by the seasons than by endless debates. We’re not here to rewrite the rules or upset the purists. We simply want to cook with what nature gives us, with desire, with heart.

At the table, there will be local ingredients, dishes made to share, glasses clinking, light everywhere, and that feeling we all secretly look for: the moment you look up and think:
